We are thrilled to share that American School & University has recognized the Schoolcraft Elementary School project as an "Outstanding Design" for 2024!
In their Nov/Dec 2024 issue, they highlighted how "the design of the new Schoolcraft Elementary is a direct response to interactive visioning with the community and district." This recognition is a testament to the power of collaboration and shared vision.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible community, dedicated staff, and talented partners for making this award-winning facility a reality. Together, we’ve created a space where our students and staff can thrive for years to come!

Final Call for Donations!
Tomorrow, December 10th, is the LAST DAY to contribute to our Winter Food Drive!
All donations stay right here in our community, supporting the Schoolcraft Eagles Nest and helping local families in need.
Let’s rally together, Eagles, and make a big impact before the deadline! Thank you for your generosity and support!
(Donations are being collected at both the Elementary & Jr/Sr High)

Schoolcraft Community Schools will be closed on Thursday, December 5 due to dangerous travel conditions. A decision will be made by noon for after-school activites. Please watch the athletics Facebook page for updates.

Schoolcraft Elementary is excited to host our annual Food Drive to support the Eagle's Nest! Let’s come together as a community to help families in need this holiday season.
When: December 2nd - December 9th
Where: Donations can be dropped off at Schoolcraft Elementary (look for the collection bins in the main lobby).
Goal: 2,000 items (If reached, the students will celebrate with a pajama day!)
Let’s show what the Schoolcraft community is all about—caring, compassion, and making a difference. Thank you for supporting our Eagle's Nest!

SCS - Internet/Phone Service Restored:
Internet and phone services were disrupted today due to a break in the line between SCS and KRESA. This break disrupted service to some Kalamazoo County school districts, including Schoolcraft. The repairs have been made and internet/phone services at our locations are back.
Thank you.

SCS: INTERNET/PHONE OUTAGE
SCS is currently without internet and phone capabilities. If you need to communicate any end-of-day changes for your child, please email those details to the school offices. The office teams will be refreshing their email periodically via hotspots. We will provide an update as things change.

Jr/Sr High: hs-attendance@schoolcraftcs.org

Be sure to swing by the Schoolcraft Biggby today to grab a coffee with a custom sleeve decorated by our very own 3rd graders in honor of World Kindness Day! Cheers Eagles and choose Kindness!

Every year our PTO does amazing things for the students, staff, and families of the district. We quite literally could not do what we do without this organization! We share this post today because we could use your support by serving on this organization.
There is a small team returning that will provide not only experience, but guidance to the PTO. Your help in planning fun events, fundraisers, and other levels of support are, however, needed.
You are more than welcome to contact me with questions via email (websterm@schoolcraftcs.org) or by phone (269-929-5301).
Please consider with sincerity this need. You can contribute on your own, with a friend or neighbor, or whatever suits your schedule and availability. No amount of support is too little.
Please reach out to me, Matt Webster, with your interest, availability, or questions.
Thanks for your consideration,
Matt Webster & the PTO!
