Good Evening,
SCS buses will return to normal routes on both paved AND UNPAVED roads beginning Friday, January 26th.

Greetings SCS,
School buses will again be running routes on PAVED ROADS ONLY on Thursday, January 25th. This will impact buses 1, 4, and 5. This will change pickup locations and times for some students on those routes only. Changes in times and stop locations for impacted families on these three routes will be reflected on the BusQuest app.

SCS Families and Staff,
SCS is delaying the start of school 2 hours today, Wednesday the 24th, due to fog.
Jr/Sr High begins at 9:55 AM.
Elementary begins at 10:00 AM.

Schedule reminder from SCS:
Today is a 1/2 day of school for students. The Jr/Sr High School will dismiss at 11:25. The Elementary School will dismiss at 11:30.

Tomorrow is count day in Michigan.
If your child is absent due to illness or any other reason, that absence must be documented in writing by the parent/guardian to the school office. (Email or written note)
Thank you for helping us with our count day attendance!

It's not every day we get to participate in a Grand Opening of a new school! Please join us tonight for this special occasion! Every year our PTO does amazing things for the students, staff, and families of the district. We quite literally could not do what we do without this organization! We share this post today because we could use your support by serving on this organization.
There is a small team returning that will provide not only experience, but guidance to the PTO. Your help in planning fun events, fundraisers, and other levels of support are, however, needed.
You are more than welcome to contact me with questions via email (websterm@schoolcraftcs.org) or by phone (269-929-5301).
Please consider with sincerity this need. You can contribute on your own, with a friend or neighbor, or whatever suits your schedule and availability. No amount of support is too little.
Please reach out to me, Matt Webster, with your interest, availability, or questions.
Thanks for your consideration,
Matt Webster & the PTO!

Mrs. Olbrot's 5th grade musicians taught rhythms to our 1st graders through Valentine themed games they created. This is part of 5th grade's "performance based" curriculum in music this year.
Safe to say our 1st graders enjoyed it!
