Information for Parents

Kalamazoo County Health & Community Services will be providing free H1N1 Vaccines on Monday, February 8 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. They have asked Schoolcraft Community Schools to be a host site for the clinic. The clinic will be held at Schoolcraft Middle School in the cafeteria. The vaccine is free to everyone, children under 18 should either be accompanied by a parent or bring a signed note from the parent indicating they can receive the vaccine.
