Under the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act, Schoolcraft Community Schools is no longer required to mail Forms 1095-C.  Schoolcraft Community Schools will provide them upon request.  Employees may request Form 1095-C by emailing the request to hr@schoolcraftcs.org or mailing the request to 13400 S. 14th Street, Schoolcraft MI 49087 ATTN: Megan Flinn.  Employees may call 269-488-7387 with questions or concerns.
